Alphas Like Us by Krista & Becca Ritchie

An AMAZING conclusion (which apparently isn't even going to be the conclusion since we're getting at least 1 more book with Farrow & Moffy)! I laughed, I cried, I fangirled! Krista and Becca Ritchie never disappoint!

This book seriously took me on a journey. I did not expect ANY of what went down! I love Moffy & Farrow and I am so in awe of how they've grown together. This book also got me even more hyped for Thane (Jane & Thatcher) and Kitsulli (Sullivan & Akara) books, which I didn't know was possible! I was already so excited for their installments but now I'm DYING for them. I love how Krista & Becca ALWAYS make me feel this way about the main AND side characters. I just want more and more and more. I love the intricate world they've build about these American Royalty families.

I've read Krista and Becca's Addicted series that has 8 books & 2 novellas. What I loved about that series was how fleshed out and individual each character and ALL of their relationships were. These girls are so great with writing intricate family dynamics and I really looked forward to that in this series. I was NOT disappointed!

No character or character relationship is the same as another. You'd think with SO many characters (aka 27 family members and many bodyguards) that there would be some crossover with how everyone reads, but they all come across as unique and wholly original! Yet, there are ways that I see Lily or Lo or Ryke or Connor in Moffy just as I see some of Connor and Ryke's original relationship in the dynamic between Farrow and Thatcher. I wish I could find the words to explain just how cool that is to meet a new character and get to know them, while simultaneously seeing all these little hidden easter eggs in their personality or habits that reminds me so much of of characters/family from the Addicted series.

This was the longest book in the Like Us series so far, but it didn't feel like it. I flew through this because there were always so many story lines going on at once. I mean this in the best way. We'd get done solving one crisis only to move on the THREE more! I was on the edge of my seat the entire book.

We finally get to interact with Ben & Winona, Kinney & the rest of the Rainbow Brigade, SFO & Banks Moretti, the parents, and even some people from our characters' past! This world just keeps getting bigger and I'm all in for that!

All in all, I can't say toooooo much without spoiling MAJOR things for this book and possibly ones to come, BUT I'm now anxiously awaiting Jane's book Tangled Like Us and all the extra goodies the author's have on their Patreon. I hope you pick this up!
